After an initial introduction and assessment session you can choose one of the following:
One to one
This is for you if you want full attention on yourself without the distraction of others around. I can come to your home where I bring all the necsesary equipment with me, meet you at a local park if you prefer working outdoors with more space or even at your workplace, before work, during lunch break or even once you’ve finished work.
There are options of either hour long sessions or half an hour sessions for those who struggle to find the time.
£40 p/h at Hills Road Sports & tennis centre gym
£45 p/h at your home, local park, workplace (Cambridge)
£50 p/h surrounding areas/villages
Group sessions (2-4 people)
This is for those of you who would rather share a session and enjoy working together with healthy encouragement from each other. This would also take place at someone’s home if there is enough space or we could meet at the local park.
