Sports Massage Therapy (Deep Tissue Massage) is not just for sports people, it is for everyone. Don’t be put off by the idea that it is going to be painful, that is not the case for everyone.

Sports massage therapy can help with anything from:

  • Back pain

  • Pulled muscles

  • Repetitive strain and injuries

  • Neck or shoulder impingement

  • Sciatica

  • Sore legs, knees and ankles

  • Poor posture

  • Poor circulation

  • Headaches/migraines and can also help with relieving stress.

It can help manage musculoskeletal problems which can be related to the stresses of our jobs and everyday lifestyles. Massage can help improve scar tissue along with tightness in muscles and helps with rebalancing your posture.

Massage helps with blood flow and circulation which in turn leads to more oxygen being fed into bones and muscles improving muscle tone, elasticity, mobility, skin flexibility, the feeling of well-being, reduction of tension and also reducing stress.

Anything from being sat at your desk, driving all day, tired legs from being on your feet, gardening or just the feeling of tension; Sports Massage Therapy can help you!

First appointment must be an hour to include consultation and assessment, follow on sessions available at 30 minutes or the full hour

£50 per hour or £30 for 30 minutes
